They are way easier to swallow but the fish burps are nauseating. What works for me is to take them with a full 16 oz of water and a decent meal. Fish burp problem solved. I have long known the wonders of fish oil - very beneficial for anyone who does not eat much oily fish. I used to take the prescription Gemfibrozil for high triglycerides. Unfortunately, due to kidney problems, I had to stop taking it a couple of year's ago. My triglycerides went up to 268. I started taking 2 of these mini fish oil pills twice a day for the past year. (The regular size fish oil pills were too large for me to swallow.) After taking these mini fish oil pills for a year, my triglycerides just came down to 195, a drop of 73 points!. My Dr. said that was a great drop. These are my favorite fish oil tablets. I get them for myself and for my elementary-age child. They have high doses of EPA & DHA. Note that you are supposed to take more than 1 a day. Side note, sometimes they go out of stock. They rarely break & so you don't get that fish oil taste. Highly recommended.
