I would have liked this if not for the Canola oil. It's commonly touted as a healthy oil, but look at the research. There is conflicting information. It also has a connection with worsening memory and not being good for those who may be prone to Alzheimers. if you do not have a genetic link to alzheimers, it may be just fine. It has been discovered that canola oil may reduce a protein that protects from other, more harmful beta-amyloid, which can build up and lead to Alzheimers. I would definitely pay attention to the oils used when purchasing a blend of oils. I would suggest that individuals look up the details about Canola oil. If I had noticed that as a part of the ingredients, I would have avoided this product. I do like flaxseed oil, olive oil, borage, primrose, and many others. Do your research. Read more

These were a really good value but unfortunately they aren't vegan. They came up when I search for vegan vitamins so when I got them I was disappointed that they had gelatin in them. I searched for “vegan omega 3” and this product came up. However, the capsule is made from bovine gelatin, which is bad enough however that information is burried way down in the Q&A section. Why go to the effort of collecting vegan omegas just to wrap it in cow goop? The words “not vegan” or “bovine gelatin” should appear way earlier in the description. So, I'm using Omega oils at 54 to regain some of my youthful mental learning and memory retention. I bought and used this outrageously expensive fish oil concentrate, cost me like $90. I took that exam and made just over passing. With these, I scored the highest score I've made in 20 exams! I was able to out-think the exam, and pass well, even though I had never seen any of the questions prior to the exam. My blood pressure is 114 / 70 average, taken daily. I have been ordering these for several years now. I am allergic to seafood so NOW Omega 3-6-9 is perfect for me. The stuff works great for me also. My skin appears much healthier and I find that I rarely become ill these days. Between this and a multi-vitamin the results of my lab work during my last check up were remarkable. People give this a bad review for not including fish oil but read the labels people!!! I give this 5stars for that reason! I'm allergic to fish and shellfish and needed a way to get omegas without the fish oil and this is perfect. It's also good for vegetarians. This company does sell a 3-6-9 with fish oil. I actually got these for my 110lb american bulldog. His vet said it was a good supplement for him (as well as for us 2-legged beasts) for hip and joint health; 2 softgels 2x a day at his weight.. He doesn't want to eat them as treats (he used to with another brand, but it was so much more expensive than this), but he loves it when I poke the capsules open and put it on his food.. just wanted to make sure a pet review got in here on this.. good for more than humans! lol Read more

Excellent product because it offers me a combination of evening primrose oil with flaxseed and pumpkin oil. Pumpkin seed oil prevents prostrate and urinary incontinence and baldness too. I bought this product because of its reviews & flax seed oil, but turns out that it has little artificial sugar which I don’t like, it will get you high. It is easy to swallow, but I don’t take them because of sugar. You will have the taste of sugar once you pop one into your mouth. Read more
