I've been buying these for years because of the enteric coating (which keeps them from dissolving in your stomach so you'll get the benefit of the probiotics directly in your small intestine). The last batch I bought no longer is enteric coated, and those words are no longer on the label anywhere despite still being in the description here on amazon. I'll be researching for a different brand, now that NOW has changed its formula. I convinced a friend to try to this product instead of an overpriced probiotic that her naturalist doctor has been selling her for years. She swore that the other product was the only one that prevented yeast infections for her. She's now permanently switched to Gr8dophilus, saying that it's made her more regular, and also fends off vaginal yeast infections.I haven't had a yeast infection since I began taking this product several years ago. My immune system is now far stronger than it was prior to using this, and my gut feels healthier. I occasionally switch to other probiotics for variety, but this has worked best for me.I appreciate that this product only has probiotic ingredients. Well, this product arrived with the seal broken, I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it though. The outer pladtic seal was there but the seal on the inside was broke. I used the whole bottle but never noticed any therapeutic difference, I usually feel better on probiotics because my skin issues and digestion are noticeable better, but I didn't notice a change at all with these. That could be because the seal was broken, they may not have been stored properly in storage, or this might possible just be a blend that doesn't work for me. Really irritated that these are no longer enteric coated, which they always have been before. They're also not even fully filled with probiotics/ fiber, they look like someone hand filled cheap capsules. I had been using InSync until it became hard to get and rediculously expensive. So far I feel that between using this digestive aid and drinking aloe Vera juice, my digestion and gut issues have improved substantially. All without seeing a doctor and taking extremely expensive prescription meds with a LONG list of possible side effects. I recommend keeping this product in the refrigerator. Read more

These pills work GREAT! my only complaint is i have to eat 4 to get a benefit when my stomach is really messed up but it knock it out fast, and gets you regular. i'll take 4 in the morning and 4 more at night. i tried some of the pills from walgreens and the HEB that boast 20 or 30 billion organisms and more strains, but they don't work like these do. i try to remember to take them daily but i am not a good pill taker. this is worth your money. 牛乳やヨーグルトを摂ると、お腹を壊したりむくみが出やすいため、プロバイオティクスのサプリメントを探しておりました。以前よりNow Foods社の他のサプリメントを使用しており、レビューも良いので購入に至りました。私はお腹が弱く壊しやすい体質のため、初めはおそるおそる摂取しましたが、朝と夜にわけて1粒ずつ飲むと、翌日には2回もトイレに行くことができ、効果がありました。ビオフェルミンやヤクルトを飲むと効きすぎてお腹がゆるくなりトイレに駆け込むのですが、腹痛がおきたりすることもなく私には合っています。今回大サイズ(120 vcap) を購入し、1日2タブレット飲んでも約2ヶ月は持つので、ヨーグルトをちまちま買うより経済的です。また、タブレット自体も今まで見たことが無いような白地の頑丈そうで厚みのあるカプセルで、これなら途中で溶けずに腸に届きそうです。〜 2017.3 追記 〜3回リピート中です。1日2粒では多い (便の回数が2〜3回と多い) ため、1日1粒に減らしました。1粒に減らすとお腹の調子が揺らぐことがなく、また通常どおりの1日1回の便通に戻りました。体格の差や、薬が聞きやすいか否かなどで、半量の1粒か、メーカー推奨の2粒か決めても良いと思います。私の場合、もともと薬が効きやすい体質のため、2粒では日中お腹がコポコポと忙しく動き、張り気味だった気がします。 Read more
