Be aware that even though no where on the front does it suggest it is a blend of supplements, in fact the primary ingredient in this supplement is eleuthero, not ginkgo. And eleuthero is not just a 'filler', it is a strong adaptogenic herb with it's own set of effects that you might not want. I know for me it upsets my stomach and I wouldn't have bought this product if it said 'ginkgo eleuthero blend' on the front.Gave it three stars because this is a good brand and I can't tell you whether it works or not. I just got done reordering this. I'm over 65 and retired, but last year got a part time job to keep my brain active. Even so I sometimes dealt with brain fog. Ive been a long time user of ginko biloba. This formula is a 50:1 extract of the leaves and is a great formula. I will only use ginko biloba extracts because they offer the best bang for your dollar. I've been off ginko for the past 6 months as I was configuring my pain regime around Boswellic acid for my arthritis in wrists, knees and shoulders.
