This keeps me from being starving during my 12 hour overnight job. I feel like I can have a normal snack and meal successfully count calories with the help of this supplement. This particular brand is a normal larger tablet that looks like a multivitamin instead of a huge gelcap, so it doesn't punch you in the gut. I chose this product because it had the highest amount of Garcinia for any supplement in the same price range. I also love Now Food products. I know when I receive their product, it is going to be fresh and high quality. I took this for weight loss and had good results. I do believe my appetite was reduced and my energy levels were certainly up. I had no negative side effects. Unlike prescription medicine for weight loss, I had no anxiety, dizziness, nausea, or any other problems. I've used other way more expensive brands of garcinia and they do work when combined with diet and exercise. This brand does not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
