I like to take this before my Bikram Yoga workout in the morning. It increases the sweat (which I do rather profusely in the yoga class anyway) so I think it helps the detox. I've taken it after the workout, but I like it best in the morning pre-yoga. As for the other benefits, time will tell. Read more
