I have subclinical hypothyroid (Hasshimoto). My traditional doc had the brilliant strategy of wait til your thyroid is really damaged and then start the long journey of trying to manage it. While everyone's journey and outcomes are different, I did find a lot of helpful info via Izabella Wentz. I was able to cut my Thyroglobulin Antibodies in half in 4 months. These are the evidence that your body is attacking itself. I have been on these a year and all my test results continue to decrease. I appreciate taking these pills as a preventative measure as opposed to the non-vegan options once your thyroid is destroyed. They are small, easy to swallow.
