The taste is fine. It worked well in everything I tried. The issue is that it raised my blood sugar. I bought it so I could sweeten food without raising blood sugar. The ingredients in the picture include "11% Organic Alcohol". The actual bottle that I received says "11% Cane Alcohol", instead. Cane, of course, being sugar. So 3 stars because it does what it is supposed to do. However, it is not as advertised and is not a sugar free sweetener. Read more

Now I’ve tried a lot of “ health sugar alternatives” to cut down on my sugar. And if you are middle eastern specifically, Kurdish, you know that tea pot is always on the stove ready to be served. Every time I come to my mom’s house it’s tea time every 30 minutes! So I had to grab something that wouldn’t affect my health. I’ve tried Stevia tablets and I didn’t like them at all, it leaves after taste. So I finally bought the liquid form. And I have to say, it’s 100% better than sugar and it has no after taste at all. You only need like 3-4 drops and it works like wonders. Give this a try and you won’t go back to anything else! Read more

Oommmmggg- THIS STUFF IS AN ABSOLUTE GOD SEND!!!! I am thanking the heavens and all the powers that be (and the company that made this product lol) for creating a sugar free, non health detrimental, zero calorie, natural sweetener!! It tastes so beautifully sweet (no detectable chemical weirdness), and literally only a few DROPS is all you need, so even if it IS slightly bad- you're really only consuming trace amounts; it's also ZERO CALORIE, And does NOT SPIKE BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS!! It's perfect for keto and weight loss AND DIABETICS!! SUCH A GAME CHANGER- I'M OBSESSED!! I used to muscle through eating completely depressing, unsweetened teas and oatmeal- but now I get to enjoy BLISSFUL SWEETNESS back in my diet without ANY of the detriment of real sugar!!! I add just 4 drops to my cup of iced matcha every morning- absolutely DEVINE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND CUT OUT SUGAR FROM YOUR DIET AS MUCH AS YOU CAN AND GET THIS!! So highly RECOMMENDED!! The only Lyme killing better than alcohol extract is  WHOLE stevia plant alcohol extract. Neither the dry herb nor water extract nor glycerine extract have the Lyme killing properties.A 2015 study, Effectiveness of Stevia Rebaudiana Whole Leaf Extract Against the Various Morphological Forms of Borrelia Burgdorferi in Vitro, notes this as well as others. Its been around 2 months now, I drink at least one cup of coffee a day, around 8 drops of this in each cup...I'm past the half way mark on the bottle. It lasts longer than you'd think. The taste, eh, I've had better. Initially, i was doing the drops and a little bump of sugar in my coffee, to normalize the taste, to also make it sweeter. As I've gotten accustomed to the taste, I only use the drops now. It does have a little funkiness to it, and you'll get that during your first couple of uses. It goes away though, at least for me it did. I am getting ready to order another bottle. What does suck, the left over drops that are left on the bottle top, before you know it, forms a sticky mess. I recommend cleaning it after use, but no big deal. Also, If you get some on your fingers or hand, I advise not to lick it off. It isn't frosting or honey, it will leave you with a not so great yumminess on your tongue. Read more

Muchas gracias 😊 Read more

Easy to use stevia. I make my own chocolate milk by using 100% cocoa powder, plus a mixture of Stevia along with Truvia because I believe stevia is better for you. I also add a drop of pure vanilla extract (which I also make myself using Madagascar vanilla beans and vodka or Jack Daniels whiskey). All these ingredients are added to about an eigth-cup of hot filtered water to dissolve, then add in the desired amount of almond milk - all in a quart mason jar - and shake well with lid in place. Refrigerate over night or for 8 hours and this stuff taste so good! No sugar!...that is if you use the lower-sugar or no-sugar almond milk! Measurements for cocoa and stevia/ Truvia are estimated and not really measured, but if you were trying to use a measuring utensil for this I'd say it is approximately one full tablespoon cocoa, one full Tbsp. Truvia, and one-two Tbsp. stevia for a quart of milk. But if you like your chocolate milk stronger, just don't add as much almond milk. Play with the amount of sweeteners by starting with smaller amounts first, then tasting until you get your desired "sweetness". But remember, eight hours later it will taste slightly sweeter than at the time of mixing. Read more

I'm a type 2 diabetic. They say sugar is bad for diabetics (and apparently, everyone else). Now they say artificial sweeteners are also bad for you. But I have never seen it stated anywhere that stevia is bad for you and I can tell you that stevia does not raise my blood sugar. I put a few drops of Better Stevia in my morning coffee, along with cream, and I'm good to go. I have not experienced any bitter taste. My suggestion is when you are using this, start with one or two drops and build up to a sweetness that is acceptable to you. You should not sprinkle this willy-nilly. I do not use more than a few drops in a regular size coffee. Going overboard can cause that bitter aftertaste that some people experience. Stevia is very sweet so a little goes a long way. Read more
