These are compressed tablets, not capsules. The tablets are very loosely compressed and crumble easily. There is about an inch of pure powder in the bottom of the bottle where the tablets have crumbled. I emailed the manufacturer to question this and received no response. To help control blood pressure, and my BP went up after switching to this formulation.The tablets crumble to powder, even while still in the bottle. They crumbled and some even dissolved in the bottle. My mum suffers with terrible muscle and feet cramps and has used Magnesium for years. When her usual brand bottle was almost finished we discovered it was no longer available and the description of this product on the site seemed good with exact ingredients and mgs so we gave it a go. The first order was fine. Torpedo shape tablets fine. But whem I re-ordered, the tablets were circular and started to powder immediately. I believe the manufacturing process for caplets is to compact and then have have a coating to retain integrity. My second order, for these round tablets clearly do not. They are hard enough to swallow even without falling apart so it is extremely difficult to swallow these powdery tablets. I've had to throw half away as they are unusable. Unfortunately I was only taking these every few days so by the time I thought to try return, the return period was over.Basically I've made the mistake of buying the cheapest possible I found online. As you see from the label it was water damaged, can't even see the best before date. Also as you see from the tablets they have water damage too. The bottle is full of damaged tablets, whether by design or not it's not a good look and am unsure whether to ingest them as they dont look palatable. End result -> Not happy Read more
