These lights units actually work...as I can visibly see the results. Crows feet have reduced significantly, (truly!), color has evened & tone is improved. (I thought they were gimmicky...but I am now convinced they actually work.) I also had a small sun spot which has faded to almost nil. I also found the whiteheads I had on my forehead have slowly disappeared & any premenstrual acne is zapped & goes away quickly. I use it weekly (on Sunday's) & I do each color for many 2 minutes each...as well as my neck. (I spot use it for any premenstrual acne as needed.) Heads up, the manual isn't very good, as they translated from Chinese to English...so its not very easy to read or understand. I just googled things online elsewhere & did my own research for any specifics. The manual says to use a cream to help the unit glide on your skin,(which they sell), but you don't need that as it glides along just fine. There are three colors & I use all three for a few minutes each. (Red, blue & green.) It also comes with eye protective goggles...but I will admit I don't use them. I got this product because it has multiple uses for the skin. I have only used the one for firming and for skin brightening and I have noticed a difference in my skin.
