My optometrist recommended this formula for my dry eyes. I had tried so many different Omegas over the years and always have always struggled with the aftertaste of fish. I would end up not taking until my Optometrist pushed the issue and recommended these for the combination of Vit D and Omegas. Truly the first that I can regularly take. I need triglyceride form for my eyes (at least that’s what my doc told me). These are quite expensive, but cheaper than getting at Whole Foods. They don’t have a fishy smell and (for me), I have no issues. Read more
