I take fish oil to help with inflammation, particularly with acne (which may be a more unique use case). However, fish oil comes in a ton of different varieties and qualities, so sometimes it's hard to know if what you're taking is having any impact at all.I've found that when I take 3 of these babies per day my there is a MARKED difference in the amount of inflammation on my face - like, wow. I'm not blemish free, but my zits are way less inflamed on average, and go away a lot quicker than they otherwise would. These can be a bit pricey, especially when you're taking 3 per day, but these are definitely a high quality brand and the impact for me is totally worth it. Read more

I love this product. I take it to reduce inflammation and it works wonderfully! It has no fishy after taste at all. It's easy on the stomach. I've taken it for over a year now. My doctor originally had me take 2x capsules 3x a day due to inflammation. Now I'm down to 2 2x a day.Only downside is, it's pricey. Read more
