I had been looking for a really great quality Omega 3 6 9 for my plantar fasciitis and tendonitis and this Nordic Naturals fits the bill very well. There's no fishy aftertaste..i've never had any aftertaste at all. They're easy to take for me, but they are a somewhat larger capsule than a tylenol capsule (just for reference). Definitely didn’t have fish taste or fish burps, so that’s great. I took these daily for a little over a month and had 2 periods within that time, one a few days after I started taking these and one right at the end and both were crazy heavy and long. I normally bleed for 3-4 days, but these two times it was 8 days. I’m 40 years old and have had 2 kids. My period has never been like this. I googled and bleeding is a side effect.
