I just got my products this evening...I ordered both the Brain Booster and sleep formula.What I didn't like was that there was more cotton in the bottle than product. I was taking one capsule in the morning with a large cup of coffee(16 ounces) and I didn't notice much from it, other than the obvious caffeine buzz from the coffee. I got very mild focus/mental clarity from it as I suspected. This product is very under dosed! 5mg of Alpha-GPC? Really? Why add Glutamine to a focus/memory enhancer supplement? The only two things that aren't under dosed is the Phosphatidylserine and the Huperzine. After a week of use I gave the rest to my mom and should finished the rest of the bottle and she didn't notice anything at all as far as memory improvement.
