I am 40+. I ordered and have used the Nitro Surge, Intra Surge, and Growth Surge in combination for a week. After week 1 my findings are mixed. A: I was able to destroy my previous weights and reps, making the kind of jump from one week to the next, in nearly every exercise, that is very abnormal for me. I hate to give this a bad review but I feel as if everyone should be made clear that this stuff is no joke. As for someone who recently started going back to gym I took 2 scoops.t that is a lot but I have tried other preworkouts in the past and never had any problems so I didn't think anything of it. I started my workout 30 min after I drank my pre workout. Immediately I began to feel my whole body have a tingle sensation and was genuinely scared / nervous. As the training went on the feeling subsided but was not fully gone. I then went to the next part of my workout which is cardio. I usually spend 40-45 min running / walking / doing incline but I couldn't make it past 20 my heart rate was through the roof. Now I understand the risks of pre workouts but I just want to inform people that to be careful and to understand everybody's body is different.
