I was a smoker for 21 years and I am now 3 weeks smoke free. This gum definitely works. It gives you the taste of nicotine in your mouth which I like. Although I think this gum could be addicting it has to better than smoking a cigarette. Would recommend to anyone who wants to quit smoking but you want to have to do it. The gum will not help with finger motion of putting a cigarette in your mouth or the feeling of not having anything to do now that you don't smoke. Will power is needed. I tried cold turkey but could not make it past a couple of hours before caving and buying a pack of smokes. This gum will definitely take the edge off with anxiety or being irratible.
