I have blepharitis and this season of fall to winter has been especially bad, eyes are so irritated but these wipes have helped a lot! My lids are on the tender side and the pads did not burn as some of the others do. I cut the pad in half because it’s so big and also makes it a bit more cost effective though these are at a lower price than some others. Read more
I suffer from Blepheritis which comes and goes from time to time - no more now!ConvenienceI was using the liquid and cotton pads but I find these much more convenient.I keep them by the bedside for easy reach every morning and night. Also keep a box in the car and a few in my purse for the odd days when my eyes are feeling tired from computer use at work or just pollen season when I'm out and about.SizeThe wipes themselves are way too big. I would much prefer if they were 1/4 the size as it seems like such a waste. People people say they cut it in half but I find that too fiddly and probably not very hygienic. I use the one for both eyes every morning and then a fresh one for the evening. One wipe, folded in half into a rectangle - one end for one eye and one end for the other.MoisturePerfect amount of moisture - not too much or too little (albeit a bit big).SoftnessI was told by the ophthalmologist to rub my lash line well to ensure its free from any debris - which I do. These wipes are soft enough that they don't feel scratchy on my eyelids. In my effort to be as green as possible where I can - these are only Biodegradable ones I've found!!Morning use:- I use this as Read more
...buying branded name wipes 33% more expensive. Not convinced they are needed as I don't have any of the symptoms of 'dry eye'...but being the wrong side of 50 my optician felt they would be worth while. So I bought the cheapest available to me, against some of the most expensive named brand from the Opticians. I suffer from blepharitis and I cannot do without these wipes. Tea tree is well known to help with this condition as tiny invisible to the naked eye are demodex mites and tea tree helps to kill them. Everyone has them on their facial skin but for some unknown reason they contribute to blepharitis in some people. Cleaning the eyelids top and bottom every night is important. These do the job Read more
I use those daily so the box is by my desk and it's quite offputting that a picture of an unpleasant elderly man is on it.Otherwise, I think the product is good. As others say I tend to cut the tissue in two to save on the cost and waste. Half a tissue is plenty for cleaning both eyes. Read more
I have chronic blepharitis and have tried virtually everything - tried these and they work, also really good for itchy hayfever eyes as stops them itching for a long time. Dont sting or irritate. (also used on the dog and they didnt hurt her eyes either) Read more
