I opened the package to find both pump stem systems engaged, cracked and broken at the neck and leaking. If it had been completely poured out or all over inside the packaging I'd have been more pissed off. Thank JOD I had a pump from my previous bottle to use. The second bottle is pump-less and open. This is a good bundle for the price. I like the Humectress conditioner because it makes my afro soft and silky. The manageability of my hair is increased on each day I use the product and it stays moist all day instead becoming of dry and brittle from the outside elements. Usually I apply a serum after my hair dries to smooth it and reduce "fluffiness" (my hair is mostly straight but has enough um, "body" to look fluffy for some reason). I've used the Nexxus conditioner three times and haven't needed the serum. I'm not using the shampoo with it yet so hopefully the combo doesn't weigh down my hair too much - right now it's perfect though. Also, the conditioner is good at detangling. Read more

I have been using other brands and recently used this brand in an Airbnb accommodation and fell in love with the fragrance and how my hair felt. I have coloured hair, so you can say it gets damaged over the years using colors. I have wavy hair and i have my hair is medium thick dark brown. Works best with using babyliss argan oil after conditioning hair, rinsing out the conditioner, then applying the argan oil. Do that, got a very soft shiny hair going. Read more
