Every time I played hockey I would get a blister on my hand from it rubbing against my glove. I found this stuff and it has been amazing! Just a few tips, make sure to fully wrap it around the area about 3 times or it will move too much or not work as well. Also, make sure you don’t have it too loose when you wrap it, or too tight. Too tight and your finger will eventually go numb (happened to me). And if it’s too lace then it will just move out of place, or fall off, and not provide any protection. The adhesion is pretty good, I’ve showered multiple times with one wrap without it ever falling off. I have had to remove the wrap myself whenever I don’t want it, it’s a lot better than a band aid. I wear strips of this tape on my heels to prevent blisters that always happen with my hiking boots.This product works excellent. It stays on very well and no blisters!The trick is to apply it to your skin and rub/hold it in place to warm up the adhesive on the back. Doing this assures the tape won't come off. It is also sweat/waterproof.Don't use this tape directly on existing blisters or scabs. Instead, use a small circle/dot bandage under the tape. Works like a charm. Read more

When I put this on my achilles at home, I loved it. Thick, cushy, flexible... everything I wanted to protect that nagging area. However, within 5 min of stepping outside of my front door (early June in Toronto) they slipped right off. Eventually, I tried to salvage the purchase by applying a fabric bandage over top of this tape, to hold it in place. But that defeats the purpose, doesn't it? Used it on my heels to prevent blisters from my boots and it failed. Cleaned my heels first with rubbing alcohol and let dry before applying, to make sure there wasn't any oil on my skin.This tape lasted about 15 mins and then lost adhesion. Read more

Amazed at how this stuff hangs on. It'll stay on for weeks if you don't remove it. Showers and hours of daily exercise seem to have no effect on its staying power. It has nice cushioning. I use it around my toes to avoid blisters and callouses. Works a treat. Read more
