I wanted a Quercetin supp of 500mg but this actually has only 250mg of Quercetin and 350mg of other stuff to create this "complex". I suppose I should have read the fine print on the detailed listing first. If you are buying a product like this I expect you are buying it primarily for the Quercetin, so it is a bit shifty that the huge text says Quercetin and the bottle says 600mg.I would NOT recommend this product. Now that I know what to watch out for, I see there are better products at comparable prices. Read more
Started this for support with lung wellness after recommended by naturopath. Quercetin is said to be beneficial for aiding lung health for people with bronchial issues, asthma, immune deficiencies etc.Since COVID started and due to immune compromised condition, I started taking to hopefully aid in strengthening my lungs in the event I become infected.So far 8 months in, and still not a statistic to this horrible virus.Be safe.
