This seemed like a really good formulation, since a lot of b complexes seem to have crazy high amounts of each vitamin but this one has amounts closer to the RDA. Unfortunately, every time I've taken these I have very uncomfortable heartburn lasting for the next 5-6 hours. So unfortunately I'm unable to continue using them :( I'm not sure which ingredient is causing the heartburn, but if you have a sensitive digestive system I'd avoid these. Read more
