Purchased the Extra Wide size. I get New Balance for my toddler who wears SMOs. Remove the insert and these fit FANTASTICALLY with braces. Highly recommend as the tread never wears down. Great quality product. Make sure you have your orthotics rep. recommend what size to purchase as we buy 1.5 sizes larger than my child's feet to accommodate her braces too (she is a shoe size 6 but we purchase a shoe size 7.5). Got these for my daughter and they fit good, and for a name brand shoe, $30 was a great price. They are easy for her to get on/off by herself, she loves them and they are a fun girly color. The teal color is bright though, so if you want something neutral, this isn't it! Read more
Soles have rubber! Most kid's shoes are foam and they can easily slip on the playground. Materials used for cushion are premium and the shoes fit very well. Read more
Wish it came in bigger sizes for special needs adults and seniors who can't tie shoelaces. This still LOOKS like a normal shoe, so nobody notices the velcro closure. Read more
