I bought this mascara because it’s supposed to be good for people with sensitive skin. First and foremost, this mascara is awesome for long looking lashes! One of the best I’ve ever tried. I received this neutrogena healthy lengths mascara sealed in original packaging. It has a cap on it which is to be removed and the brush inserted. It took so many times pushing the brush in and out to even coat it. The mascara is so dried out it’s nearly unusable. I like this product and how it goes on to my lashes and how it makes them look naturally long. At first the mascara seemed to be dried up. But I swirled the wand in the tube several times and the wand was able to get coated enough in order to deposit enough mascara on to my lashes. Washes off very easily. I have small, deep set, extremely sensitive eyes with hooded lids and thin lashes. This stuff WORKS. No irritation after wearing it all day (or evening). It does not clump, yet does lengthen my lashes, even with just one application. Works well on my practically nonexistent lower lashes, too. The brush allows me to get into the corners (ends) of my lashes, which has been nearly impossible without major smearing using other wands. Plus, with hooded lids, mascara tends to smear onto my lids after a couple of hours. NOT THIS ONE! I am thrilled.
