These were good for about a week. After a week, there area where you connect the spectra back flow protector to the flange becomes loose and doesn’t stay on well. Starts to fall off during pumping. Really irritating. Wish I could return somehow. It’sa great size so I have the 3 stars but maybe I’m being too generous. Spectra doesn’t to 21 mm only 20 and I wouldn’t want to go down even 1 mm haha. My friend bought the maymom competitor and hasn’t had the same issue. So maybe BUY MAYMOM.Picture is as I’m writing the review it falls off. The spectra part doesn’t do this. Poor quality product. I could have a defected item. Who knows. After talking to a fellow mom friend who mentioned she had been using the wrong sized flange, I decided I might want to try a smaller size too. Bought this set to go with my Spectra pumps (I'm lucky enough to have two pumps... one I use in my office at work and one I use at home, an S2 & S1 respectively) and these work with both just fine. I also pump into Kiinde pouches and I'm happy to say the Spectra adaptor fits this flange without issue (the screw-in is slightly off from the Spectra flanges, but I found it still screws in tightly with no leaks). So, if you use Spectra (or Kiinde) and want extra flanges or want to try a different sized flange, these worked for me. Oh, also, I pump a lot (my nine-month-old has lost interest in nursing so I pretty much exclusively pump now) and I also sterilize the flanges in microwave bags at work & in a Wabi at home. Even with all the wear and constant washing/heating, these are still working perfectly after several months. Read more

If you are looking for a smaller version of the spectra valves that come with the pump then these are for you! they fit with everything else that comes with the pump just great! zero complaints. If you're debating getting these and wondering if you need to size down, just do it already, if it helps your comfort or production it will be well worth the $ and if it doesn't, well, it was worth a try and now you have the peace of mind of knowing you're using the right size. These are absolutely terrible and are so expensive for the quality your getting. First of all, the bottom that screws to the bottles are shorter then the original spectra suction cups which causes leakage of milk if I tip the cups while pumping which is soooo irritating! The valves dont cover the whole opening where the milk drops but thank god I bought other valves that cover the openings like the original. The hole where you actually connect to the adapter so no draw back happens is so loose that the suction I get is weaker even when I pump at higher settings! Im so upset because I burned my original parts boiling them in the pot for too long that now I'm stuck with these because I have no idea how I can buy the original parts back! Read more

Got these for my spectra S2 pump. After having some struggles with the 24 mm that comes with it, I googled flange fit and determined to try a smaller size. These were cheaper than the spectra brand but I don't notice any difference in quality. Combined with the BeauGen nipple cushions (which I HIGHLY recommend), these have made my pumping experience much more comfortable and productive! Read more

Perfect! I measured smaller than the standard flanges for my Spectra S2 (17 mm left 20 mm right) and ordered this set in 21mm to accommodate both nipples. It’s been amazing! I am seeing nearly double my milk supply during most sessions and no longer getting pain pumping. My nipples are being drawn in appropriately instead of taking a bunch of areola with them. I was really excited to find a size 21 that would fit my spectra. Went to use these the other night and had no suction. Couldn’t figure out why til I took them apart to inspect each piece. The white rubber duckbill was ripped. Ive only used these maybe 6 times. They are always hand washed gently with mild soap and a mini pipe cleaner. Poor quality duckbills for sure. But I’ll continue to use the flanges with the spectra duckbills so I’m leaving 3 stars instead of less since they’re not completely unusable. Read more

Suction power has nothing to do with flanges. More so the pump. But the wrong size flange can cause comfort issue. Get fitted for right flange before buying any. The flanges are okay but the duckbil flap is garage. Didn’t last long. Didn't realize my nipples were smaller than the average woman until trying different brands and shopping for breast pumps. After all my research I knew the Spectra S2 pump was for me, but I also knew the standard 24mm and even larger 28mm flanges that come with the pump would not work for me. Wanting to maximize my pumping experience I was happy to find these smaller size flanges that fit the S2 model. They are completely compatible and work great! Read more

Love these. Feels the same as my spectra flanges. The base is a bit smaller though so if you need the conversion parts so that you can use narrow bottles, the base and conversion don't line up exactly. DOESN'T AFFECT THE PRODUCTS WORKING TOGETHER THOUGH :) Read more
