I ordered a set of nenesupply 21mm flanges for my Spectra pump about 6 months that ago and they were just ok. The tunnel was short and the threads we're shallow as everyone else has mentioned. I just ordered another pair so I can have 2 sets and the new ones are totally different! They have a much longer tunnel and deeper threads. Nenesupply must have listened to everyone's complaints. Just like the original spectra flanges, this fits on the spectra bottle perfectly and also on the wide mouthed avent bottles so you can pump directly into it. The only difference between this brand and the original, is that the space where your nipple is inserted is smaller. It didn’t make a difference to me but I’ve seen other reviewers complain that their nipples will graze the other end making it uncomfortable to pump. I’ve never had that issue.I was using the standard 24mm flange that came with my pump. At first, it didn’t bother me but after constant pump use, it started to feel like it was tugging at my nipple and hurting my underboob. I googled solutions and came across an article talking about different flange sizes. I made the switch to the 21mm and it’s made a world of a difference. I'm using these flanges still bc they are the only ones I could find in the 19mm size but there are 2 design flaws other Spectra knock off flanges don't have. 1. The hollow plastic tube that connect the air compression setup to the flange neck isn't sized quite right and falls off if bumped (slightly too small). 2. The height of the screw part is not as high as others, so bottle attach ok, but the Kiinde adapter often falls off bc there is not a lot of screw to hold onto. So they do the job, but with some annoyances and sometimes spilled milk bc of them. Read more

The neosupply flanges are very similar to the spectra flanges, but they are not identical. The flange head is not as large as spectra’s and can lose suction if it’s not held just right. The flange is just a little longer than spectra’s as well, meaning it sticks out further from the body. In my opinion this does not cause any hindrance. Lastly, the screw threads are not exactly the same as spectra’s so sometimes it leaks down the side of the bottle (no idea how?). I gave 3 stars because of the flange head size and the connection with the bottle but they are very much still useable. They just require a little bit more attention when used compared to spectra’s brand. Were I to need more, I would probably just go ahead and get the spectra brand personally. Read more

These replaced my Large Spectra flanges after I got properly sized and I’m so happy with these. Been using for months and no issue. As always, these pump parts a nuisance to wash but that’s the design spectra made. Happy pumping! Read more

I didn't get one of the "newer" flanges like a previous reviewer said, the ones I got must've been from an older production because my funnel length was short, the plastic was very cloudy (almost half opaque, not clear) and the threads on the screw cap were shallow. I usually use 28mm Spectra flanges and got these as an extra set but these did not fit well. I still felt really "full" after pumping. Do not recommend, I'd pay more for the original parts if you're looking to replace or get an extra set of parts. If there's a certain Spectra size that fits you, stick with that size! I thought 1mm wouldn't feel that different, but I was wrong! Read more

I'm really glad I bought these. Saved me some money instead of ordering through spectra.They seem great so far.The only thing I've noticed that is different the valves are a bit more loose on these flanges but so far doesn't seem to make a difference! It's only been a couple days since I've had them so I'm hoping I don't regret my good review lol! Read more
