I purchased this product 4 times, so I thought it was helpful. However, my most recent purchase was highly unsatisfactory. This newly purchased bottle was sealed, but when I opened and removed the inside cotton, it was stained yellowish brown and had a bitter urine-like odor present in the bottle. The desiccant packet had the same discoloration. The bottle did contain all 60 capsules in this bottle. Because I feared the product had been tampered with, I did not take any capsules. I contacted Naturewise customer service to inform and question what might be wrong with the quality of product in this bottle. I provided photos, including the label and product code so the company might research.After several email exchanges, their explanation was that they had no way to know how long Amazon might have stocked this product in warehouse. Shelf time was ultimately Naturewise’s explanation for this tainted bottle. They also said had I ordered from Naturewise directly, they might have been able to help, but no replacement could be offered since I had ordered through Amazon. Naturewise told me to contact Amazon for follow up, which I did.Amazon customer service satisfactorily addressed my concern, picked up the product, and issued a refund for this inferior Naturewise Green Coffee Extract product. I will not order this product brand again from any supplier. I appreciate Amazon’s handling of this matter, but the Naturewise company does not inspire my confidence in their brands.I have attached photos of the contaminated cotton, desiccant packet, and bottle product code. I've been enjoying this product for about 20-25 days so far and I've seen good results from it. I sought this product out because after being diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease my doctor recommended I start drinking coffee because it's healthy for the liver. To be honest, I cannot stand the taste of coffee so that was a non-starter for me. I sought out this product as an alternative. Since I started using it I've lost about 10-15 pounds and a few inches off my waist line. I cannot attribute that to this supplement as I've been calorie counting and doing fitness alongside of it but I do feel it's done wonders in the category of hunger management as I am no longer suffer from being hungry all day. Best of all it seems to be helping my liver. I've noticed my gut getting smaller and I'm hoping for good results next time I see the doctor. So to be precise - this is a good product but probably only when used to supplement a healthy diet and fitness routine. If you just take this pill expecting results you probably won't see a thing. Have been attempting several different methods of managing weight loss everything from high protein, low carb, managing fats, shakes, etc, etc. One thing seems common to all is the craving for eating certain food groups throughout different parts of the is still very strong.However, after a couple of weeks using this, along with sticking to the 'game plan', a couple of noticeable changes which include, 1. cravings have subsided, 2. energy levels particularly in that ugly afternoon time period have diminished dramatically, and 3. the weight loss is actually staying off instead of the up one day down another day routine that is discouraging in its' own right.Will continue with this for a couple more months and hopefully the results are going to continue!
