People are so funny... This is extremely similar to "Cortisol Manager" and it's $10 cheaper on Amazon... If you get Cortisol Manager from a Naturopath like I initially did it will cost you even more. The ingredients and the order that which they appear are identical. So why does Cortisol Manager get better reviews? It's a price / snob factor. Don't throw away your money- this is just as good. In fact my girlfriend got a $50 product from her practitioner and I said... Take this and trust me... She slept a bit better, a bit better and night 3 slept through the night. This is specifically for people who can't sheep through the night. Since going through menopause, I have not been sleeping well. It turned worse to where I was waking up at 3am EVERY night and couldn't fall back asleep. Did a little research and came across this wonderful product. I kid you not, the FIRST night I popped one of these miracle pills, although I still woke up at 3, I fell back asleep!!!! Second night, same result. Third night I slept through the night. It feels so good to be rested! I am purchasing my 3rd bottle, it works!! My naturopath doctor recommended “Cortisol Manager”, for help with my anxiety and day time fatigue, (I also have fibromyalgia). I found this product, almost the exact ingredients and much less expensive. This product is marketed for a sleep aid, but I will tell you that beyond resting well, it has also significantly reduced my anxiety and panic attacks, and during the day I’ve found that I have so much more energy! I saw a very well known alternative psychiatrist (yes, an actual M.D. in my area.) She highly recommended this product for me as I have A LOT going on in my life. It works. I fall into a much deeper sleep and feel much more rested the next day. I will say, she did tell me if I feel groggy the next day, take half a pill. She also said about 20% of the population gets an upset stomach when taking them.
