L. Reuteri, it turns out, can cause a Histamine reaction IN SOME PEOPLE. You may or may not even know you are sensitive to this. Symptoms of a reaction to excess histamine "may include" intestinal distress, bloating, or a rash like hives. If that (any of that) occurs you may want to decrease or discontinue use. So, my own conclusion: L. Reuteri works but can have "side effects" in some individuals.Your mileage may vary. Read more
I was using boric acid regularly which was a relief from constant antibiotics and expensive Dr visits but I felt I was just suppressing the underlying issue.
