I've been taking this for about 5 years whenever I need it. I have low blood pressure due to low sodium/electrolyte imbalance. Every time I feel a drop in blood pressure, I drink one of these and it helps SO MUCH. I highly recommend. AND I think it tastes pretty good! Read more

This drink powder does all that it says. I felt refreshed overall and revived. Worth the $. You must drink it in about 30 mins though, or it will settle and you have to re-stir. The taste is very similar to Crystal Light. Read more
