Quercetin is a natural anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory while Bromelain is also an anti-inflammatory and analgesic which also helps increase the absorption rate of Quercetin. This combo is great for immune support and also for allergies.The recommended serving size is two (2) capsules daily after a meal. The capsules are regular-sized and are easy to swallow. I've been using quercetin with bromelain for sinus/allergy issues for years with great results. This particular one has a slightly higher dose of 800 mg vs. the usual 500 mg for two capsules. It has performed just as well as other brands I've tried. You also get a two month supply for under $20 which is a pretty good deal. I've been taking quercetin and bromelain since 2020 and I don't know if it's coincidence, but my allergies are all better. I like that this combination has only two ingredients because I don't have to compute/calculate overlapping ingredients like other supplements have [in order not to overdose on anything].Easy to swallow. We take bromelain for immune support and to help with allergies. It's a wonderful supplement but as with all supplements you should check with your doctor before adding to your regimen. I think this product has the correct ingredients to keep one's immune system in top working order. Quercetin is extremely good at getting zinc into the cells. This supplement contains bromelain which might help with eye floaters as a study in Thailand suggests. I think this is an excellent supplement. Read more
