These pills are not coated and WILL make you choke. As a 42 year old woman, I have NEVER had trouble swallowing pills until these. I broke them in half and still choked. This week, I tried breaking into 3 pieces and thought it was working. I managed to take them three days until today's incident nearly killed me. I desperately tried to make it downstairs to get help as the tiny piece was lodged in my throat. Finally, I was able to partially breathe but it was stick down wrong pipe. For hours, I couldn't breath fully. 10 hours later, my throat still hurts and I regret strongly buying these. I got 2 bottles and haven't made it halfway through one. I'm done trying. Definitely read the information before start to use it. And EAT! the first two days when I started to use it I felt I will throw up after I took it. Then I realised I just need to eat.
