Soy Oil, Titanium Dioxide: two ingredients I specifically avoid in pills, and yet. this part of the bottle is not photographed, and the ingredient list is not present in the product page, and, so, I made the false assumption anything besides the primary ingredients would be benign. Read more

I have osteoporosis and the Dr told me I needed to start taking calcium with vitamin D3. I found this 2 bottle pack with both ingredients so it was just what I needed. Happy to say my last bloodwork showed my calcium level has come up. I'm, not a Dr so I can't say that the pills caused it but I am happy with them. Read more

Most calcium supplements are formed into large hard tablets, but these are soft (however kind of big) yet so much easier to swallow. I really need to take calcium every day according to my doctor because I nearly have osteoporosis. Taking this every day along with vitamin D is exactly what I needed.
