These are great. I ordered 2 bottles to keep one at home and one in the office.. I take 3 tablets a day (3000 mcg). I ordered these because I had a lot of hair breakage. I have been taking these at least 5 days/week for almost 3 months and I can honestly say I notice a difference in my hair growth. I'm actually shocked by how soon I noticed a difference.
