A bottle contains 60 tablets, but as you're meant to take two a day, that's only a month's supply. I only take one a day as I also take a vegan multi-vitamin supplement that has calcium in it. That, combined with these calcium tabs, plus the 'milk' I use, means I get enough. There is a warning that excessive consumption can have a laxative effect (!), which is why I stick to one a day.
