I have been searching for a vitamin with the right form of each nutrient from whole food sources that doesn't contain mega-doses of anything -- I finally found it! I am a holistic nutritionist, so I am familiar with "professional grade" supplements from brands with good reputations, yet, particularly for sensitive types, these products can be just "too much" and cause adverse reactions. I am one of those sensitive types, and this is the first multi I've tried that doesn't cause stomach issues, fatigue and/or other reactions -- I love it, and will be trying other products from Naturelo based on my experience with this one.The quality of supplements you put into your body really matters. You want nutrients the body recognizes as food, and you want them to be in forms that are readily usable. In my opinion, too, you don't want huge doses, which only bog the body down, especially the liver! I am disappointed with Naturelo! I have used their vitamins/minerals for years and have always been pleased with their supplements. Most specifically, they have been manufactured without dangerous fillers.So, I just reordered this vitamin and was shocked to find out that the other ingredients have changed from just 'Vegetable cellulose capsule ' to ' Cellulose capsule, Rice flour, Starch, Maltodextrin, Dextrin, Silica."And to cap it all, the description here on Amazon still does not reflect this change.Folks, google "dangers of maltodextrin' and see for yourself."I am returning this product ASAP and will no longer be using their products if they are now manufactured with these potentially dangerous fillers.Naturelo, you pride yourself in having a clean label, why would you change a GOOD THING ??????? I have been using Naturelo for women for a short period of time BUT I can definitely notice an ENORMOUS difference in the way I feel when I skip a couple of days then resume -- I've noticed a boost in energy, and a general feeling of well being -- I know... Just wanted to say that these vitamins are truly pure. Our two 8 month old puppy brothers got a hold of the delivered Amazon package and ripped the the entire container apart and proceeded to eat all or at least most of the vitamins!! I didn't realize it until I found the empty container in the yard. (we have 5 acres so their playground is vast) It's been two days and they're absolutely FINE! They're big boys and we forget they can reach far & wide! The package was in a 'safe' place. I would have panicked if I had known the day they were delivered but hadn't run out of the previous bottle so pretty much forgot they came. It's hard to find a multivitamin that provides 100% RDA for each vitamin, not a megadose of some and an inadequate supply of others. Add to this that the present formula is iron-free, as appropriate for older women. I would only wish that minerals such as copper had been left out; but the doses of these are small. I love that there are predominantly natural ingredients in this vitamin. Every vitamin I have tried before leaves an aftertaste in my mouth and I "taste them or burp them" throughout the day. Sometimes vitamins make me nauseous. With these vitamins I have no side affects, which is wonderful. I love that they are a capsule. I think that is helpful with preventing the aftertaste, etc. Also, I feel better, with more energy, which is an added bonus! Wanted a plant-based multivitamin that ticked all the notable vit boxes so thought I’d give this Naturelo product a try. I’ve since re-ordered and am very happy with this product. Pill size is reaonable, then again, I’ve no swallow difficulties; this one is also targeted at 50+ women but I’m 47 so not far off! Only bought it because it's one of the few multivitamins for women without iron. It's tasteless. Note that 1 mg = 1000 mcg and the majority of ingredients listed on the label are in mcg so that means you're not getting a lot for the money you pay. Then again, vitamins aren't regulated by the FDA or Health Canada as it is treated like food due to lobbying from manufacturers. As such, how much actual amounts of vitamins in vitamin pills/capsules from any manufacturer can't be guarenteed. Read more

At just over 2cms in size, these capsules are too big for me to swallow, so I emailed the company who produces them, and they told me that you can prise the capsule apart, and add the powder to things like yoghurt, which is what I do. I find out in January, whether I'm perimenopausal or not, and have fibromyalgia, which also messes with my thermostat, but wasn't for waiting for results to gain relief. I'm taking these, along with Vitabiotics Menopace Plus, and after only 4 days; my symptoms have reduced significantly. I haven't had a hot flush since the night I started these and I'm falling asleep and sleeping much better than I have in months. I'm also less crabbit, which is great news for everyone. I recommend eating something substantial before taking the tablets - I ended up with indigestion when I didn't.
