I won't really know until my next bone density exam, but taking these seems to be a logical way to help myself. I bought this product to try to resolve my problem with very weak, ridged and splitting nails. I have tried other types of calcium supplements, but they mess up my system so thought I would give this one a try to see if I could tolerate this formulation. I tried the recommended dosage of 4 capsules a day for the first couple of days, but I could tell that it was too much for my system. I reduced the amount to just one capsule a day, and have finished 2 bottles and am now on the third one. It has made an amazing difference in my nails, which are almost to a normal state now, and continue to improve. Now I have only very minor ridges in some of my nails and the splitting has stopped completely, as the weak parts of the nails have grown out. The product seemed a bit pricey at first, but not so much that I didn't buy it again. It has definitely helped with my problem and I intend to continue its use. I highly recommend this product. I have been a big believer that calcium is one of the most important minerals to have in your body, especially as you get older. I am so happy with this supplement. It all started when I ordered a smart scale with an app, I’m 44 years old (female) and noted my bone mass on the app after weighing myself was 5.0 lbs, in the danger zone. I had suffered a hairline fracture while running 2 years ago on the treadmill, so it makes sense and confirmed my suspicion.I went to work researching how to improve this and what it comes down to is acid-alkaline balance. If your body is too acidic, it pulls calcium from your bones (calcium is super alkaline) and buffers your blood. It’s called homeostasis. Please use caution with this supplement. Most people do not require additional Potassium in their diets. This supplement includes 100% of your recommended daily intake. I just happened to have a blood test a couple of weeks after starting on this supplement and my potassium level was dangerously high. Potassium is not something to mess with as it can cause heart arrhythmias and other associated issues. I cant say anything about its effectiveness but i received product too late amazon said it it is delayed then said it might b lost and seller said it was delivered. Finally after so long i received and when i opened a bottle it smelled stale like old oil put in sun for so many days and it gets bad. Bad customer support as well. When i told naturello abt it, they suggested to try open the capsule and add powder in my food and consume. Smell will be gone in this way. Isn't it funny. I wanted to return the product to avoid anything bad happen to me instead of good. But they said their all products are made from fresh ingredients.....but if i received something stale and not consumable whats my fault.... Read more
