I have never taken a ginkgo supplement before, but was interested in the possible cognitive and sleep related benefits I had heard about. After a little more than 3 weeks on the product, I can say that I feel a slight improvement in my cognition related to word recall. I had noticed that I was having some difficulty recalling the words I wanted during conversations and I believe there has been some improvement in that regard.
