Wow! I started it 6 days ago. I started off gradually with 1/2 teaspoon added per day. I am now at two teaspoons. Since menopause, I have not been regular, and my sleep has been awful. But since starting this product, I have slept through the night and have been regular again! I was so skeptical because nothing has worked for me until now. This is the second time I’ve ordered MagicMag. I love it, I have a hard time falling asleep, I guess I’m just more hyper at night. This relaxes me and gives me the sweetest sleepiness ever. I purchased this stuff myself- this review is not at all biased. I am generally very skeptical of any supplement, shake, and vitamin that claims it will help you "feel" any particular way. This one claimed to work on so many things I want to resolve, that I had to try it. I am blown away by how well it works and still trying to process how a simple magnesium deficiency could have caused so many subtle problems for so many years. First and foremost, I have an amazing amount of energy now. Not to be mistaken with some kind of drug induced hyper-activity...I do not feel worn out and lethargic like I always used to. I wake up feeling rested and ready to get out of bed. I go through my work day feeling evenly energetic and do not get an afternoon crash (for years I would feel totally exhausted like I needed to shut my eyes at some point during the afternoon). After work, I don't feel tired, and can easily go grocery shopping, cook, clean, and function normally and productively through my day. I had previously resigned myself to believing that since so many people in my family are diabetic, I was fatigued from a blood sugar issue. Of course we should all work to eat healthy and address the hereditary health issues we have in our blood lines, but I was pleasantly surprised to find something that would help me feel more normal and less fatigued, in addition to various other habits of healthy living.In addition to the normal, healthy levels of energy I now have (which truly feels like a miracle to me), I am sleeping soundly for maybe the first time in my life. I fall asleep in a reasonable amount of time now, sleep through the night, and feel rested when I wake.Big warning- this stuff can really act like a laxative if you take too much. It went right through him and made his colitis flare up for two days. So take into account any digestive issues you may already have before trying this.Perhaps from the regular sleep and less lethargy, I also notice I have a more regular appetite, am not ravenously hungry at points in the day, which helps me eat better, and have lost a small amount of weight.Finally, it seems to really have reduced my anxiety. Nothing about this stuff makes me feel anything dramatic like shakiness, being wide awake, or hyper....instead I just feel like a really healthy, even keel, relaxed, productive human being, which for anyone like me actually is dramatically different from how I used to feel.
