I constantly struggle with weight fluctuations. I have taken prescription phentermine in the past but you can only stay on that so long. I've used this a few days now just to make sure it wasn't in my head. I can't believe how well this works!! It has stopped my cravings cold!! I take one about an hour after breakfast and then another about 4 hours later to make it through to dinner. I was a little hesitant to believe in this product. But I put it to the test during the hardest trial possible...PMS and cycle time. The first two days I didn't notice a decrease in appetite or cravings at all, but on the third day, all of a sudden I wasn't craving sugar 24/7 and noticed a huge decrease in my desire to want to stress eat every waking moment.
