The title says it all - keeps my D levels where they're supposed to be on the blood work; and it's got no glutens, sugars, yeast derivatives (for stabilizers, I think), or soy products - all of which are no-no's for me due to dietary concerns related to Lyme disease. Usually it's at a good price, too. Also, it's a very consistent product - I don't have to check the back of the label every time I buy from this company just to make sure the formulation hasn't changed from month-to-month. Read more
