It is my opinion after using Natural Factors, Ubiquinol Active CoQ10 200mg for over 2 years, I have come to believe that Natural Factors takes extreme care with every product they formulate. I have no affiliation to them at all. If you look closely at any Natural Factors product, many times other vitamins or compounds are included to act as precursors; a chemical that is transformed into other compounds. The finished supplement often includes additional ingredients. Next time you buy a Natural Source supplement, query the names of additional ingredients. Very quickly you will start understanding why they are included and the essential role that they play. Read more

I don't know how you can know if this is helping. I don't think it makes one feel better. I take it only because I take a statin and know that statins rob the body of coq10 and this product is a good form of coq10. Helped me to reduce very high cholesterol which I took 100ml twice a day for 3 months and now upped to 200ml twice daily among other supplements taken.
