These cushion pads had very nice cushion on the bottom and they stayed in place well. However they did not seem to work well for me and my problem with ball of the foot pain. After wearing them for awhile they started to be uncomfortable to wear. Not sure if I should have gotten the next size up. The padding on bottom should be a little bigger. The company that makes these cushion pads reached out to me in an email to see how I like their product. I sent an email back explaining what I experienced. They refunded my money as they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. That is great customer service, and seems like they are willing to make you happy! After I found I have a neuroma, I have been using a metatarsal pad in my left shoe and my foot feels better. But unless I wear shoes or sandals, I don't have the benefit of a pad and I love to go barefoot. I thought that these would work around the house when I would normally shed my shoes but when I go barefoot, they don't stay on so I gave an unfavorable review,. But here's my revised report: I hated these at first because I couldn't get them to stay on, but I found that if I wear "footies," they work great. True, I'm not barefoot, but they stay put and my foot's very comfortable so I'll be ordering more. If you want to wear them barefoot, they fail. But with a sock or "footie," they work ok. Read more

Great for Morton's Neuroma sufferers. Provides good cushion for the ball of the foot pin flats and heels. I especially like that these have a hole for both your big toe and the pinkie toe - keeps it in place much better when you put your shoe on over it. I love these and they absolutely save my feet. I have hypermobile feet that tend to splay out when I step down. They cushion my feet perfectly in heels also. I have noticed a great improvement in my foot pain since buying these and wearing these on a regular basis. I wash them every few days by hand with some Meyer's soap and they've kept fine for months. I like the design of this product better than similar products. For example, this design goes over the top and bottom of the foot. There are three holes into which the toes are inserted. The little toe goes into the smallest hole. The big toe slips into the medium hole on the other end of the cushion. The three remaining toes easily slide into the one large hole in the middle of the cushioned sleeve. It's easy to tell the top from the cushioned bottom. I wear a woman's size 8 shoe and this cushion is comfortable. I think a size 10 foot would find the fit quite snug. I don't know how long it will last or how clean it will stay with only hand washing. I think what's important is that it reduces the amount of pain I have. Read more

This was a first time purchase, I needed extra cushion. I wore them for about a week, I only needed them for that period. I did find the one on my right foot a bit uncomfortable after wearing them for a couple of hours and then felt it on the left soon after. My feet are not perfect, so I can't expect the fit to be. Definitely helps with the knots on the bottom of my foot that cause a lot of numbness and pain sometimes. The gel does a great job cushioning the bottom of the foot. It stays on really well and I've never had it fall off. The only thing I don't like, and I'm not sure if this could even be changed, is that when I wear flats, a good portion of this thing sticks out.
