This is one of my absolute favorite baby items!! It is SO soft. The little bear ears are super adorable. The reason why I have come back and purchased multiple ones of this is the size. It is much bigger than other baby hooded towels we have purchased. It makes it easy to swaddle the nugget straight from the bath and keep him nice and warm. It looked nice enough, so I went & washed it before 1st use with a few washcloths, liquid detergent, and a quick & gentle wash cycle in my front loading washer. When the wash was done, the seams had torn apart!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I’m not even sure hand washing this towel would be safe enough at this point. Such a waste, & I’m so disappointed. I am very pleased with the quality of this product. Super soft and did not have a smell of anything when removing from package. You might think for $24 that is a lot to spend on a baby towel. But just think about the $12 towels you can buy at other baby stores. This towel is so much softer, much better quality, it is organic bamboo and is beautiful and neutral. It is a slightly off white color so just know that if you are wanting a white towel. Also the customer service at Natemia is amazing and very personable. Bought these towels for my daughter when she was a baby and loved them. I have bought them since for every person I have bought baby gifts for and they all agree they're the best. They are so absorbent and such a better size than other brands small towels they outgrow immediately. Our baby would cry after bath time so we bought two of these towels to try out. We were not disappointed! Will dry and keep baby warm within seconds. The only thing I wish is that it would be to where I could totally wrap my baby. Maybe placing the hood in a different position vs putting it in a corner? Since it's bamboo, you're not supposed to dry it in a drying machine so you hang dry it. After several months, now it's crazy crunchy and won't be soft until it gets wet again. I would NOT buy this again. A large 100% cotton towel would serve much better as a bath towel for our little one. Read more
