It's not that I like it or dislike this product. I just can't quantify any specific benefits...AND...There is almost no way to verify the efficacy of this "nano" concept. When I googled "nano particles" used in supplements (after taking a whole bottle of these pills and still have same arthritis pains), I read both good and bad. The bad made it appear that the science of creating nano particles in supplements could be dangerous. But don't know if that's related to pharmaceuticals or just specifically to nutritional supplements. Nowhere can I find that nano means anything for this product's absorption. Where are studies?....Nothing is on the company's website...So why is it on the description here? Making it appear this is some sort of miracle transport system...You'd think if this were true, it wouldbe explained on their website but "nano" isn't mentioned there, except on the bottle. I have my doubts...won't buy this again. Looking into other brands but right now, I'm going back to what I originally was taking which was Natural Factors Double strength and although it wasn't miraculous either, it wasn't any worse than this brand.
