Someone at my muay thai school told me to get it but be careful because It gets HOT very fast. So I was expecting something that felt stronger than tiger balm and honestly it feels like some watered down stuff. I don't know if it's supposed to feel a certain way but I'm very disappointed by this maybe it's actually working even though it is watery and doesn't really feel warm. But I prefer tiger balm.
