When am I going to learn to read everything. Now they are changing the dosage from the normal one or two to three pills. I did not catch that. I do not want to take three pills as one dosage so I will return.Going back to my 500mg Apple Cider Vinegar and the heck with the combos where they can really get you.Manufacturers are as deceptive as the politicians who represent them. These smell great out of the bottle if you don’t dislike turmeric. They made a noticeable difference in reducing my arthritic knee and hip pain in only a few days. Not the placebo effect, either; I was skeptical until I researched it. When I ran out for a couple of weeks, my pain increased again. They are sort of big, but not a “horse pill”. They work for me.
