I have purchased these at different times throughout the years since I think 2012. I take 1 pack a day instead of the recommended 2 packs a day so they last longer. After a week of taking them you start to feel energy you may have lost from deficiencies and sleep better and also feel more hungry in a good way. Since they make me hungrier I usually drink 1 or 2 protein drinks on top of these and I feel great. I was bullied for being skinny until I graduated high school and got these, and protein powder and went from 140lbs at 19 to 180lbs and I'm now 27 and 210lbs but I'm not a shrimp anymore. I am not going to give a long review breaking this supplement down piece by piece.First and foremost, I am a 26 yr old male, and have been avidly taking supplements wince I was 15 (my mother's fault)..I find supplement fascinating, and over the years of trying multivitamin after multivitamin, this one has become my favorite.Here are a couple things to consider about this supplement in bullets- this product contains caffeine- I chose this Myovite initially for my parents, because it was one of the only products on the market I found that contained a full multivitamin in combination with a joint supplement- this product calls for 2 packets a day, I generally take 3 to 5 packets a week- Myovite can cause a fullness or almost a bloated sensation (my dad experiences this, and I do maybe once or twice a month)- because the inclusion of beta alanine (spelling?) a tingling/burning sensation will occur after connsecutive dosagesThis list could continue, but I need to go.Long story short, I truely enjoy this multivitamin, and I feel it is one of the best on the market today.I hope this information has helped:)(sorry for any spelling or grammatical errors...
