This is a great product for the convenience of doing the test at home without going anywhere outside and avoid the hassle of an appointment. This kit is very useful if you are not in hurry to get the result and have plenty of time to wait for it. Easy to use and it is very reasonably priced. Labs in the State are charging 3-4 times at least what this kit cost. However, I am not very satisfied with the glitches from the unboxing to the registration and real-time status updates. Details are mentioned in the cons below.Dropped the sample at USPS by end of the day using the pre-paid envelope provided in the package on 29-July and it was delivered on 31-July. And lab result was available on 09-August. Overall not a great turnaround with 10 days for lab results.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Convenience to do the test at home- Easy instructions to provide the sample- Very reasonable priced lab test- Kit includes everything in it needed, including pre-paid envelope- FDA compliant tests- Not many personal details were asked during the registration process. This was an easy test to take, but they need to put ALL the instructions in one place, so nothing is missed. For instance, it would've been helpful to see on the instruction card that shaking my hand down and warming my hand in water before doing the test would help the blood flow better. But that was on a different piece of paper, so I didn't do that and my blood didn't flow as well as it could've (causing me to make a royal mess with it. ha!)Also, the instructions for putting it altogether left out putting the registration card in the envelope (but I did), and also there was a little sticker that they didn't tell me where to put it, so I just stuck it on the bag. Just little details left out.Also, to register your kit, they tell you to go to the website and register using information from on the card. Well, I misplaced my registration card and when I contacted them to ask what the kit number was, they sent me to a different website, and in the end, I figured it out myself (registering on a completely different website). So, they definitely need to work on organizing things better.In the end, they did receive my test and sent me an email to let me know. I don't have the results yet, but that doesn't really matter for the review (unless they are invalid, and I'll come back and report if they are).So, all in all, easy test with disorganized instructions. Vitamin D is soooo important. Its easier to get during the summer months, but in the winter months your body has a more difficult time making Vitamin D because winter sunlight doesn't work as well. I was taking some vitamin D capsules but of course that was just hoping I was getting enough.This test is a great way to see if you're getting enough Vitamin D, at least a snapshot, in the winter months. Vitamin D is proving to be important to stay healthy and avoid all kinds of things, from Cancer to Covid.This particular product is kind of confusing to use, it should be a lot easier. I would recommend you read EVERYTHING in the box before you start, and then read everything online if you can. Expect to share your personal information, I think its more information than they really need.I'd love to see this offered as a multipack so that I could see if the changes I make in my lifestyle make a difference.
