Seriously love this thing!I get really bad shoulder pains because the way I sleep at night while breastfeeding my daughter. It hurt so bad I couldn’t even lift my arm further than a 90 degree angle. Had gotten X-rays done, having it looked at by a doctor after two weeks of having the pain (i know I’m stubborn). He told me I might need physical therapy.My lovely husband ordered this because I’ve been telling him about the pain. After using it my pain level went from a 7 to a 2. I was able to lift my arm normally afterwards. So now I just use this when my shoulder hurts.We only used level one of it and it worked wonders. Super easy to use. I've owned this for 30 minutes and my chronic lower back pain is gone! No magic, it's just fast and deep. The spine attachment really distributes and vibrations and the deep tissue pieces are very effective at getting each side of your spine individually. I get terrible sharp pain that escalates very quickly for about 2 weeks every few months if I bend my spine in an ever so imperfect way. Very punishing and very immediate. I've had massages that will sometimes fix the problem entirely and sometimes only stall the pain.Either way this most recent pain has been so severe I got one of these, and even if this relief is only temporary and lasts me a day, the speed of which it relieved my pain is borderline overwhelming. I'm probably going to use it on and off for the next few days to ensure my pain is gone and the cost of a single professional massage costs just as much as this device but I can use this indefinitely. This was the cheaper of the handheld massage guns and I'm not super sure about the battery life (still in the green after 30 minutes of use) or the quality compared to others but if you're not trying to break the bank and you need some relief, this is a good choice. The attached heads are well varying and it's packaged very nicely. It does come with a USB cord but not a wall adapter so be aware. When this arrived it did come charged but I chose to leave it charging overnight to make sure it would work. While it did not come with a case, everything fits inside the box that it came with that I've chosen this as my storage case for it. The settings are really easy, there are a total of 5 level settings on this massager. The different attachments for this massager are really easy to change out. Just choose which one, push it in and turn the massager on. To remove, simply pull it out. This did come with extra rubber rings that go around each attachment that ensure they stay inside the gun. The battery light does notify you when the battery is getting low or when it is dead and needs to be charged. Overall, the grip on this massage gun is really good and have yet to have a problem with that. Each attachment that I've used have really come in hand. OMG!! I was just being extra ordering it but this thing is a life saver. My girlfriend hurt her back years ago moving a mattress and suffers from horrible back pain and this helps her tremendously. I hurt my back but never been one to complain but after using this I was like I had more pain than I actually thought. When you feel NO PAIN you realize what you’ve been sucking up!
