I LOVE these. I originally had them as a free sample at a fit expo years ago and recently came across them again (and was so excited i did). I like to eat 1/2 at a time for a sweet treat after a meal, or on the go for a snack. If you live somewhere warm, I would keep in the fridge. :) or if you like them melty, keep them out! These are by far the best tasting protein bars. They taste so good, in fact, that I wonder if they're even really protein bars. Put them in the fridge and they're even better. It's a great price as well. But they don't have exactly an entire workout's worth of protein in one bar, So I'd suggest eating these as just a snack or a supplement to your shake and not your sole source of protein after a workout.
